By accessing or using RudraCoder, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you're using the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization.

You must be at least 13 years old to use RudraCoder.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account.

You can have only one account per person unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Credits are your monthly budget for building and editing projects. Free-plan credits expire monthly; paid-plan credits roll over.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly (or yearly) cycle and renew automatically until cancelled.

Prices and plan features are shown on the Pricing page and may change with notice.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from Account Settings.

Your projects and credits already earned remain yours after cancellation.

Refunds for recent charges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Email support@rudracoder.com with your order details.

We generally process refunds within a few business days of approval.

Don't use RudraCoder to generate content that is illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or infringes others' rights.

Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the platform, its APIs, or its underlying models.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, with refunds for prepaid unused time where appropriate.

RudraCoder and its logos are our property. The projects you build with the service are yours.

You keep full ownership of the code, design, and content you create, on every plan.

RudraCoder integrates with third-party services (such as payment providers and GitHub) that have their own terms.

Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

While we aim for high quality, generated output should be reviewed before production use; we don't warrant error-free or uninterrupted service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RudraCoder isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using RudraCoder at any time. We can suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

On termination, you may export your data before your access ends.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here and, where practical, by email.

Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
