When you build projects, we store the prompts you write, the code and files generated, and your chat history — all tied to your account.

We also collect limited technical data such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, so we can keep the product fast and reliable.

We use your information to run your account, generate and persist your projects, and let you continue editing across devices.

We use prompts and generated code solely to serve you within your own workspace — never to train models on your private data.

We may use aggregated, non-identifying analytics to understand overall usage and improve the platform.

You own everything you build with RudraCoder — the design, the content, and the code — fully and forever, on every plan.

Projects are private to you by default and are only shared when you explicitly choose to publish or share them.

We don't train AI models on your private projects, prompts, or conversations.

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and persist your open projects between visits.

You can clear these at any time from your browser settings; you may need to sign in again after doing so.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure storage for any credentials.

While no system is 100% secure, we work hard to protect your data and will promptly address any security concern you report.

Your projects and data stay on our systems until you delete them or close your account.

When you delete a project or your account, the associated data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days and can't be recovered.

We recommend exporting anything you want to keep before deleting.

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we don't store your full card details on our servers.

When you connect GitHub, we use the access you grant to push code to repositories you choose.

We may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, and email support, each bound by its own privacy terms.

You can access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time from Account Settings.

You can export your code and data whenever you like — nothing is locked in.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where practical, by email.

Continued use of RudraCoder after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
